Installation work

Every installation is priced after a survey. Nothing on this site is a quotation; figures for your job come in writing after we’ve seen the walls. Work is carried out by craftsmen trained and certified by Daros, and every job is booked, managed and guaranteed centrally by us — one contract, with us, start to finish.

Training

A place on a course is secured with a £200 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. This is stated before you pay, and again here. The balance is settled as arranged when you book. If we ever have to move a course date, we’ll offer you the next available date — your deposit carries over.

The shop

Prices include VAT. Your order is accepted when Shopify sends the order confirmation. Stocked retail goods carry the standard 14-day cancellation right. Custom-mixed or tinted product is made to your specification and is exempt from change-of-mind returns — the law allows this exemption for made-to-order goods, and we apply it because a tin mixed to your colour can’t go back on the shelf. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law we can’t contract out of. If goods are faulty or work isn’t done with reasonable care and skill, those rights apply in full.

The words, photography and design on this site are ours. Don’t reuse them without asking. We keep the site accurate but product details can change; the product page at the time you order is what counts.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
